Hand blown glasswares Techniques
 .Furnace appearance

Shaping the glass on the end of pipes by mouth-blowing, though the metal pipe to which the molten glass adheres

The oven supply constant temperature of 480c during the day in order to release the strain within the glass.

Just as most Chinese factory, we have many varieties of hand made glass products, including as lampwork glass and hand blown glass, our glass are exclusively art work, their transparent and strong , glazed surface but fragile properties seems as a noble lady, I can’t help loving these desirable substance.
 .Making of glass vessels
We have strictly selected glass vessels. Quality is very important for use. Firstly, they must be high borosilicate glass, then must have smooth and evenly surface, no cracking, no ragged, so as to withstand heating and fireable enough to be bent and cut into the finished article.
 .Firing and Shaping the glass
Our artificers begin by firing the glass and shaping the various design. In some instances, several artificers may work on the same product, each blowing a different part of the design. The fire,which heats the glass to a very high temperature of 1000 C using pressurized oxygen, makes the glass very flexible as near as to liquid.
Using a number of small tools, the glass is constantly rotated as the artist blows air through it quickly and precisely to achieve an exact shape. Afterwards, another craftsman, with very different handicraft skills, takes over the bottle in order to engrave the shaped glass with designs. Extra care is required in cutting into the strong but delicate glass.
?Grinding
 Grinding are mostly used in smoothing glass edge. Some other bottles edge made by heat treated will not necessary to grind. Put the articles on rotating wheel. Our craftsman will pay more attention to grind depth, more or less strength maybe lead to reject the whole bottle.
?Painting
Painting are needed for parts of decorative article, such as perfume bottle, Christmas hanging ornaments.
The bottle will be turned on a rotating wheel to paint the colors smoothly and evenly without leaving spots or uneven streaks of color. Special shape or decorations are painted by hand.
Anneal
 After the coloring and hand painting process is completed the bottles are put into an oven with a temperature near 500 and 650 C for about half an hour to bake or set the color on the glass so that it is permanent. Bigger bottles may take a few hours in the oven.Take the bottles out of the oven, they need to cool gradually. This is a slow process so that the glass will harden without cracking.
Cleaning
 Cleaning the glass is to remove dirt coming by production and recover its transparent and glazing. The first step is acid wash then is clear water wash, which is final process. Then finished our magic article.
